Combining the most advanced accelerated computing technology with the most brilliant brains on the planet produces significant advances that address some of the most challenging academic issues.
The NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program offers scholarships, mentorship, and technical support to doctorate students conducting exceptional research pertaining to NVIDIA technologies in order to promote such innovation. Now in its 24th year of operation, the program is accepting applications from all across the world.
Its main goal is to assist students pursuing careers in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, robotics, computer graphics, driverless cars, healthcare, high-performance computing, and related sectors. A student may get up to $60,000 in awards.
The Graduate Fellowship Program was established in 2002 and has already given out 200 scholarships totaling over $6.5 million.
For the school year 2025–2026, applications must be submitted by Friday, September 13, 2024.

Application Process
Applications for graduate fellowships must include the following:
- a research synopsis or thesis proposal of no more than two pages, with a bibliography (which does not count against the proposal’s two-page maximum).

Submission Gateway
The student must make sure that each of these assignments is turned in before the due date. We employ a submission portal where students are in charge of their applications. The pupil needs to:
- Start filling up the student profile right away. You can return to the portal again and again until you submit the completed application.
- Fill out the application materials, including the study summary, thesis proposal, and CV.
- Make sure to include and inform your professors and recommenders as soon as possible about the addition of contacts for the letters of reference. An email will be sent on your behalf to each recommender you add. Don’t wait till the last minute!
- The recommendation letter deadline is 3 p.m. Pacific time on September 11, 2024. Students should make sure they have all the necessary documents before submitting. Please keep an eye on the status of your recommendation letters on the portal. Do not click on the final submission until the recommendation status indicates “recommendation uploaded” for each recommendation you are expecting.
- The student should make sure their letters are received in the system; therefore, please communicate with the recommenders to finish their letter upload on time.
- Before the application deadline of September 13, 2024, at 3 p.m. Pacific, submit the final application once all elements are finished.
