The report highlights that 44% of businesses have seen a notable increase in productivity after integrating AI into their operations, and 21% of organizations believe AI is essential for driving innovation and helping them create new products and services. Specifically, 33% focus on product development, while 29% use AI for customer service through chatbots and automation. Marketing teams (19%) leverage AI for trend analysis, and 13% apply it to enhance supply chain management.

The findings of this report are based on responses from 1,000 professionals and interviews with 50 industry experts.
With the positive impacts of AI, the report also highlighted challenges, particularly a shortage of trained personnel. Around 34% of organizations struggle to find skilled workers in AI, which limits their ability to fully utilize its potential. To address this, 31% of companies have initiated mentorship programs to develop talent.
