EPIC Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation, has launched the first-ever AI-enabled education tablet designed and manufactured in India, marking a significant milestone in the nation’s technological landscape.
Crafted in collaboration with VVDN Technologies, MediaTek India, and CoRover.ai, the tablet is a testament to India’s growing prowess in innovation and technology.

S Krishnan, Secretary, MeitY, expressed pride in introducing an education tablet that is not only designed in India but also inspired by the nation’s ethos.
Dr. Ajai Chowdhry, Chairman of the EPIC Foundation, emphasized the significance of aligning with the overarching goal of promoting self-reliance in Indian electronics. The focus on replaceable and upgradable components aligns with the broader objective of enhancing Atma Nirbharta (self-reliance) in the electronics sector.
