Amazon, a key player in the AI landscape, stands to reap substantial rewards from Astera’s success. Amazon stands to benefit significantly from its strategic warrant agreements with Astera, allowing it to purchase about 2.3 million shares of the company.
With Astera’s stock closing at $62.03 post-IPO, Amazon’s shares and warrants are valued at nearly $144 million.
