According to a report by The Information, Zuckerberg has personally mailed several Google DeepMind staff, hoping they would join Meta. Besides personal mail from the boss himself, Meta is also luring prospects with higher salaries and offering to join without even conducting any interviews.
Additionally, the company has reportedly adjusted its policy on salary negotiations and considering higher salaries for employees with competing job offers.
