Ryan Tseng began his career as the CEO, CTO, and founder of WiPower, Inc., in July 2006. 

At WiPower, he led the development of pioneering wireless power technology aimed at consumer electronics, assembling a talented team to drive innovation in this emerging field. 

Under his leadership, WiPower achieved significant success. It was eventually acquired by Qualcomm, delivering a return of up to 700%. This acquisition laid the foundation for Tseng’s continued work in wireless power technology.

Following the acquisition, Ryan Tseng joined Qualcomm in August 2010, where he served as the Technical Lead for the Wireless Power Program. In this role, he spearheaded hardware, software, systems, and standards engineering for wireless charging. Also, he oversaw the development of several product generations. One of his standout achievements during this period was leading the creation of a wireless charger that TIME Magazine recognized as a Top 10 Tech Product Design of 2014, alongside the Tesla Model S, iPhone 6, and Oculus Rift.
