The smart glasses market has been on the rise, with a projected value of $218.9 million in 2022, according to Report Linker, a French market research firm. This growth is expected to continue, with a forecasted compound annual growth rate of 9.5% from 2023 to 2028.

Smart glasses are a distinct category of wearable technology that leverages augmented reality (AR) to provide digital displays to wearers. They serve as an extension of smartphones, displaying notifications and enabling quick actions, similar to a smartwatch.

The smart glasses market has attracted investments and gained popularity among Millennials and Gen Z consumers. Competitors in this market include notable tech manufacturers like Bose, Razer, and Lenovo.
