HURUN Report 2023 released on October 10. According to the HURUN India Rich List Report 2023, India added two billionaires every three weeks last year and now has 259 billionaires.
The latest HURUN India Rich List Report 2023 has been published in collaboration between 360 ONE Wealth and Hurun India. The HURUN reports say, that India’s rich are cumulatively worth Rs. 108 lakh crore (approximately $1.3 trillion) which is an increase of 8.5 per cent compared to the last year.
During the launch of the HURUN India Rich List Report 2023, Yatin Shah, Joint CEO, 360 ONE Wealth said that due to remarkable growth and dynamism India has performed comparatively better as compared to the last year. “The list is a testament to the remarkable growth and dynamism of India’s economy. The cumulative wealth of our listers has surged past the combined GDP of Singapore, UAE, and Saudi Arabia,” says Yatin Shah, Joint CEO, 360 ONE Wealth.

Reliance Industries Limited Chairman Mukesh Ambani has reclaimed the title of India’s richest individual based on the Hurun India Rich List 2023, surpassing Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani, who occupied the top spot in the Hurun India Rich List 2022.

HURUN India Rich List Report 2023: Mukesh Ambani is the wealthiest followed by Gautam Adani
Mukesh Ambani tops the charts with a net worth of over Rs 808,700 crore, followed by Gautam Adani & Family with Rs 474,800 crore and Cyrus Poonawalla & Family with Rs 278,500 crore. The 12th Rich List Hurun report highlights some interesting figures which says that 1,319 citizens had a net worth of over Rs 1,000 crore, up by 219, which includes 278 new entrants.
Moreover, for the first time since the launch of Hurun lists, the cumulative wealth of 360 One wealth Hurun India Rich listers grows to Rs 109 lakh crore which is more than the combined GDP of Singapore, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

As compared to last year’s report, Gautam Adani & Family, which now stands at 4.74 lakh crore, has fallen 57 percent in a year. This shift in rankings comes as a result of significant wealth fluctuations experienced by Gautam Adani, primarily due to the Hindenburg Research report.
