Fractal, a multinational supplier of enterprise AI solutions, has declared a strategic investment of $20 million in Asper.AI, one of its product firms specializing in AI-driven growth solutions for industrial and consumer goods. According to the firm, the investment would help Asper grow its enterprise clientele internationally, improve product development, and support its expansion.
Asper.AI, which was founded to revolutionize enterprise development decision-making, uses AI in four main domains: demand forecasting and planning, revenue growth management, inventory planning, and sales execution.
The company focuses on providing connected, AI-powered decisions that improve business performance and operates in Bangalore, New York, London, and San Francisco.

Asper’s quick development was highlighted by Pranay Agrawal, co-founder and CEO of Fractal, who stated, “Asper has shown exceptional growth and innovation in just three years.” To propel the next stage of growth, we are excited to keep working with the Asper team. Asper’s vision will be fueled by the phased investment, which will open up new prospects for enterprise clients.
More than AI, consumer goods want an ally that scales with their operations, speaks their language, and transforms data into decisions that can be implemented, according to Mohit Agarwal, co-founder and CEO of Asper.AI.
“We can improve our autonomous growth AI platform, draw in top talent, and broaden our product offerings to meet the growing demand for state-of-the-art AI solutions thanks to this investment from Fractal,” he continued.
The business anticipates that building such expertise in-house will require a significant investment in deep domain knowledge, AI talent, infrastructure, and continuous model training.
