3. Call Summarization

The AI can generate concise summaries of the conversations, highlighting key points. With this, you can quickly understand important information discussed during the call.

How to Use it?

Follow the steps mentioned below to start using Jio PhoneCall AI:

• During an ongoing call, add the Jio PhoneCall AI number (1-800-732-673), like adding a caller to a conference call. Once connected, a welcome message will play, confirming that the AI is ready to assist.

• Then, you need to press #1 on the keyboard. This will begin recording and transcribing the conversation. Jio Phone Call AI will start converting spoken words into text in real-time. Remember, every user on the call will be alerted that the conversation is being recorded.

• If you need to pause the transcription, press #2. The AI will confirm the pause. To resume, press #1 again, and the AI will continue transcribing.

• Press #3 to end the AI’s participation in the call. The call recording and transcribing will stop, however, the recorded session will be saved.

• After the call ends, Jio Cloud will store all recordings, transcriptions, summaries, and translations. You can access these files anytime for review or sharing.
