Andreas De Neve began his professional journey in 2015 as a Private Tutor with StudAnt vzw, where he worked for two years. During this time, he focused on tutoring college and university students in subjects such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, and Informatics, while also providing general academic counseling and strategy planning. 

In 2017, he took on a role as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern at ML6 for two months, where he contributed to the ECC.AI development team, working on a novel Machine Learning platform for optimizing complex control systems using real-time sensor data and state-of-the-art Reinforcement Learning Algorithms. 

Following this, from 2017 to 2019, De Neve served as a Private Tutor at D-TEACH, where he taught and tutored through a virtual platform, focusing on blended learning for STEM subjects.

In September 2018, Andreas co-founded TechWolf with his engineering classmates  Jeroen van Hautte, and Mikaël Wornoo. Tech Wolf is a machine learning startup based in Ghent, Belgium, that uses AI to connect people, jobs, and education based on skills. 

He initially served as Co-Founder, and Finance & Operations Chief until February 2020. Since March 2020, he has been the Co-Founder & CEO of TechWolf, leading the company in helping large enterprises manage their current and future skill needs proactively.
