Srikrishnan Ganesan began his educational journey at Anna University in Chennai, where he pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering. 

Following his undergraduate studies, Srikrishnan continued his education at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. From 2005 to 2007, he earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).

Srikrishnan Ganesan began his professional journey at Verizon, where he served as a Business Analyst for FiOS TV. In this role, he identified and built business cases for new product ideas and innovations. Following this, he became a Product Manager at Verizon in 2007, overseeing the video product line for DVR, Internet media on TV, and TV companion tools on PC and mobile. He was also responsible for product P&L, roadmap, and requirements.

In 2010, he joined Rediff.com as a Senior Product Manager, where he worked on strategic products and alliances for both web and mobile web platforms. He then moved to Jigsee, Inc., where he held the position of Head of Product for a year. 

At Jigsee, he played a pivotal role in developing a mobile video solution for low-bandwidth networks and feature phones, leading to over 20 million app downloads. His responsibilities included partnerships, content operations, app marketing, hiring, and managing the product team.

In 2012, Srikrishnan co-founded Konotor, a mobile-first user engagement platform. For three years, he focused on building a persistent two-way messaging inbox for apps, enabling businesses to engage with their users in a personalized manner. Konotor was later acquired by Freshdesk Inc., where he continued to build Hotline.io, a mobile-first customer support and engagement offering.

From 2017 to 2019, Srikrishnan was involved in building Freshchat.com, a modern messaging product for sales and support, replacing legacy live chat products with intuitive experiences across various platforms.

In 2020, Srikrishnan co-founded Rocketlane, where he currently serves as the CEO. 

Rocketlane is a purpose-built customer onboarding platform designed to shorten time to value and provide a collaborative, transparent, and delightful onboarding experience for every customer. 

Additionally, in 2020, he became a founding member of the Preflight Community, which is the leading community for professionals in customer onboarding, implementations, and customer success. This community connects over 300 leaders and practitioners, providing access to conversations, content, and exclusive events.

Prior to this round, Rocketlane raised $18 million in its Series A round in January 2022, bringing its total funding to $45 million. The startup’s valuation has approximately doubled since the last round, and it experienced over 3.1x revenue growth in 2023.
