He then joined Advantis in 1994 as a Router Systems Software Developer, where he gained further experience in network systems for a year.

After moving back to India, Sanghi pursued entrepreneurial ventures and founded Netmagic Solutions in 1998. Under his leadership as Managing Director and CEO, Netmagic grew to become India’s leading Managed Hosting and Cloud Service Provider, operating nine data centers and serving over 1,500 clients.
