Nathan Hsu began his career as a Summer Intern in Executive Compensation Consulting Services at Towers Watson in Guangzhou, China, in 2012, where he worked for two months. 

Following this, he founded and served as the CEO of GeeDream.com, an innovative online community connecting applicants and consultants for overseas studies. The platform quickly gained traction, acquiring over 10,000 users and reaching 2,000 daily active users within three months of its launch.

In December 2014, he joined China Growth Capital as an Investment Manager in Beijing, where he worked for the next two years. During his time there, he focused on start-ups within the fintech, enterprise services, consumer, and frontier technology sectors, managing investments ranging from $1 million to $15 million in both China and Silicon Valley.
