Brett Adcock began his career journey by founding several software and internet companies, including Street of Walls and Working.io, during the period from 2008 to 2012.

Following this, he delved into the online talent marketplace with Vettery in November 2012. Over the course of six years, Vettery assisted more than 20,000 companies across 18 global markets. In a significant move in February 2018, Vettery was acquired by The Adecco Group for $110 million.

In 2018, Brett took a new direction by entering the aerospace industry with the founding of Archer. This company is focused on developing an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOL) to enhance urban mobility. 

Since May 2022, Brett Adcock has been contributing to the AI Robotics field with Figure AI. This Palo Alto-based company is dedicated to building a versatile humanoid robot designed for corporate tasks, addressing labor shortages, and handling jobs considered undesirable or unsafe.
