Adam Mosseri began his career in 2003 while still studying at NYU by founding his own design consultancy, Blank Mosseri, which focused on graphic, interaction, and exhibition design. It has offices in New York and San Francisco. 

In 2007, he joined TokBox as the company’s first designer, where he worked as a Product Designer and UI Engineer for a year. 

A year later, Mosseri joined Facebook as a product designer and quickly rose through the ranks. By 2009, he became a product design manager, and in 2012, he was promoted to design director for Facebook’s mobile apps. 

From 2012 to 2016, Mosseri oversaw Facebook’s News Feed section, and from 2016 to May 2018, he served as Vice President of Product Management, where he also managed Facebook Home.
