To honour the 10th anniversary of International Yoga Day, Narendra Modi, the Indian Prime Minister, took to his social media platform X and shared several videos wherein his AI version is performing ancient yoga poses.
In the videos shared on PM Modi’s social media platform, yoga poses like Shashankasana and Tadasana were shown in detail. The video starts with an explanation of yoga’s purpose and ends with a brief AI-generated clip of a yoga pose being performed.
The videos may be found on YouTube as well as on other social media sites like Twitter.
He posted a video on Shashankasana on June 19. In yoga, the Rabbit Pose, or Shashankasan, is a sitting position where the buttocks rest on the heels. This posture helps to promote relaxation and release tension in the neck, shoulders, and back by extending the spine forward and extending the arms along the mat.
Shashankasana may help to improve digestion, lower cholesterol, lower back discomfort, and improve heart health. It might also aid in the management of stress, anxiety, aggression, and weight. Furthermore, Shashankasana could be helpful if you have diabetes.

The International Day of Yoga falls on June 21. Yoga Day celebrated its tenth anniversary this year. The theme for Yoga Day is “Yoga for Self and Society” this year. The day honours India’s efforts to promote yoga around the world.
In his speech to kick off the 69th session of the General Assembly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi originally proposed the idea, stating, “Yoga is an invaluable gift from our ancient tradition. Yoga embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action…a holistic approach (that) is valuable to our health and our well-being.”
